Beyond the Impact
with Nicodhia Laplante
The story is bigger than the success.
Behind every accomplishment is a journey. Behind every title is a person. And behind every impact is a story worth hearing. Beyond the Impact is a conversation-driven media show created to go beyond resumes, titles, businesses, and public accomplishments to uncover the experiences, decisions, challenges, lessons, purpose, and defining moments that shaped the people making an impact in their communities and beyond.
Beyond what you see
Success is often presented through the finished picture — the business, the career, the platform, the position, the achievement. Beyond the Impact explores everything that came before it.
Through authentic and engaging conversations, Nicodhia sits down with entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, educators, community leaders, creatives, nonprofit founders, professionals, pastors, preachers, priests, faith leaders, and individuals with compelling stories to share.
The conversations go beyond “What do you do?” They explore: Who are you? What shaped you? What did it cost you? What did you learn? What keeps you moving forward? And what impact do you hope to leave behind?
Because sometimes the most powerful part of a person's story is the part the world never gets to see.
Real people. Real stories. Real impact.
Beyond the Impact creates space for conversations that are meaningful, honest, insightful, inspiring — and sometimes simply fun.
Every guest brings a different journey to the table. Some conversations will highlight professional accomplishments. Others will explore entrepreneurship, family, leadership, community service, reinvention, resilience, education, healthcare, creativity, faith, personal growth, or the unexpected chapters of life.
There is no single definition of impact. Sometimes impact reaches thousands. Sometimes it changes one person's life. Both stories matter.

Meet the host
Nicodhia Laplante
Healthcare Executive • Educator • Entrepreneur • Community Advocate
Nicodhia Laplante brings years of experience in healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, and community service to Beyond the Impact — but her role on the show is not simply to talk about accomplishments. It is to listen.
As an entrepreneur and healthcare educator who has built businesses, trained future healthcare professionals, served communities, and experienced the many seasons that come with building a life and career, Nicodhia understands that the story behind an accomplishment can be just as meaningful as the accomplishment itself.
Her conversational approach creates an environment where guests can move beyond prepared answers and share the experiences, lessons, victories, setbacks, dreams, and defining moments that shaped their journey.
This is where the resume ends — and the real conversation begins.
Learn More About NicodhiaEvery impact has a story
Maybe it began with an idea. Maybe it began with a struggle. Maybe it began with a second chance. Maybe nobody believed in it at first. Maybe the journey looks completely different today than it did when it started.
Beyond the Impact wants to hear that part. The show celebrates not only where people have arrived — but how they got there, what they learned along the way, and what they hope to leave behind.
